Use the language to build different gutemberg lists

Since the recent addition of speed-type-default-lang, it would be possible to pre build list of gutemberg books according to the selected language.

I think it could be good to do that; however, maybe the language should be asked (similarly to speed-type-top-100, that is unless a default language is set) each time speed-type-text is entered.

I don't really use Gutenberg. Is there a list of books in different languages, a quick look only shows them mixed. I think it's easy to implement if you have a list of book IDs like in english for different languages.
