Sensors reported as either Unavailable or Unknown

Since the last 2 weeks a lot of sensors are being reported as Unknown or Unavailable. I have raised a ticket with Cupra Digital and so far just had the usual advice of try uninstall and reinstall the app, which is not helpful.

I setup a dashboard in Home Assistant and can still see some sensors so its not my connection. I still have battery range and state of charge.
