Discussed in #159

The help/man page does not currently provide any information on manually setting up IMAP / SMTP for general email service providers not supported by the setup wizard. It would make sense to provide at least some brief documentation on this. Especially for users installing nmail from a package manager, and not from source which has the full README.md documentation.
