Modify update_invoice_line_items_with_invoicing_details.R to call undelete_projects() as described in issue #78 on any paid and deleted projects. We likely also need to call unsequester_project() as described in issue #110 on these same projects. I likely cannot hurt.

I don't think we should do this. It's easy enough for Taryn or Beverly to undelete.
