I do not see your retrospective analysis
Your Sprint 1 goal looks ok
Your Sprint 1 backlog looks ok
Assigning tasks for Sprint 1 should be a team exercise led by the team lead during Sprint planning
Devs should have their assigned stories broken down into tasks and started those tasks by now
