Unable to save USB Settings properly #1150

Issue

when I choose "Remote Specter USB Connection" and save, it goes back to "Local USB Connection"
when I choose "Custom URL" and place http://127.0.0.1:25441 and save, I see "Remote Specter USB Connection" selected (through the text in Custom URL is saved)

Setup

Specter on the server: 1.3.1
Specter on my machine: 1.3.1 MacOS

Closing this. Looks like it was fixed in #1147.
