API changes preparatory to a v1 release.

See issue #46. This release includes breaking changes to the module API.

Notable changes include:

- 8d35488 channel: Remove the Varint framing.
- ff6de6a server: Pass the assigner to the Finish method of a Service
- 9a22702 handler: Implement the Service interface trivially.
