typos currently outputs:

error: `deriver` should be `derive`, `driver`

However as wiktionary puts it "deriver" can be understood as "Someone or something that derives.". While I don't think it's in any physical dictionaries it's quite common in source code: GitHub yields 160k files and a Google books search yields a lot of literature.

So I think we should add "deriver" to allowed.csv.

oed also has it: https://www.oed.com/dictionary/deriver_n?tab=factsheet#6976284

If we had access to proper .dic / aff file support, we could improve english.csv to cover more words.
