Add support for multiple publish repositories

[countableSet]

When having multiple repositories setup, publishing fails with invalid version error

publishing {
    repositories {
        maven { url = uri("${mavenRepo.absolutePath}") 
        maven { url = uri("${secondMavenRepo.absolutePath}") }
    }
    publications {
        create<MavenPublication>("mavenJava") {
            artifactId = "my-library"
            from(components["java"])
        }
    }
}
