Inconsistency in mint docs

	* If the inflation rate is below the goal %-bonded the inflation rate will
	increase until a maximum value is reached
	* If the goal % bonded (67% in Cosmos-Hub) is maintained, then the inflation
	rate will stay constant
	* If the inflation rate is above the goal %-bonded the inflation rate will
	decrease until a minimum value is reached

Problem

I don't think these statements are accurate. If the inflation rate is 5% and the goal % bonded is 67%, the first statement is true but that doesn't consider the actual amount bonded. I think the first and third statement should be based on actual % bonded vs goal % bonded.

Confirm if these statements are incorrect and then update them
