Enhancement: addition of graphics to library

I have worked with some other charting libraries. Jpgraph is the library I am most comfortable with. However, I believe we can add more graphics to the charts. For example, some javascript libraries allow the bars in a bar chart to rise in unison while loading the chart. Things like these are small but effective when we want to captivate an audience. Pls share your thoughts if any on this topic. Maybe we can work something out. Cheers!
