[BUG] Cannot index string with string "name"

Describe the bug

No project was found.
jq: error (at <stdin>:4): Cannot index string with string "name"
INITIAL_COLUMN_ID is not found.

Expected behavior
No errors while filing a ticket. (Also, as with #110, error messages should be actionable -- here jq is talking about <stdin> and there isn't any obvious indication of what was in <stdin>.)
