Missing isolation descriptions

The container and pod configuration structures do not yet contain isolation descriptions.
The isolation structures are not defined.

@egernst well from virtcontainers, we're not tied to the OCI spec. But I'll let @sameo answer this one since I am not sure what he meant by isolation here. (cgroups ? seccomp ? namespaces ?)
