When a pull request creation is triggered, we need to check if their is not already a pull request open. When a pull request is open we should update the description. Issue: #3

When a pull request exists it gives the ability to update the pull request based on the existing pull request and the new changes. |

Lookup the current description and make a proposal in a comment out section. Afterwards we could update the description.
