Add automated deployment using SAM.
We should be able to template the samconfig.toml file and then use the sam deploy command from inside GHA
See example auto generated with the sam pipeline commands here: https://github.com/commitdev/sam-test/tree/node-backend-with-db-and-xray/.github/workflows

Sorry, we're in the middle of a big chunk of work related to adding SAM support, and this work will be rolled into that. #44 is the draft PR if you're interested.
