Homebrew recipe is not up to date with bbl version #626

The README says to use homebrew on Mac.
The current version of BBL is v9.0.29

The homebrew formula is still at v8.4.103

Looks like it's been commented out of the pipeline for 4 years: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/bosh-bootloader/blob/main/ci/pipelines/bosh-bootloader.yml

Don't see any reason why it can't be brought back though.

i don't have a mac so i cannot test any of this.
