Installing flock(1) on Mac

MacOS neither ships with flock(1) nor includes it in its developer toolset.

There's a nifty Mac version on Github though: https://github.com/discoteq/flock.

Install using Homebrew:

brew tap discoteq/discoteq
brew install flock
