Enrich the docker compose by another docker container which pulls doxygen and builds the full docu.

This can be found in maintenance in wiki-dir/maintenance and run by php mwdocgen.php.

Place long running task this into a seperate container !

Link to docu whcih then is in %IP/docs/html
