What software would you like us to add to our image catalog? (one per issue please)

kube-oidc-proxy is the software which allows to add OIDC authentication capability to managed k8s clusters where you can't change the settings of API server.

The original image from developers is available here: quay.io/jetstack/kube-oidc-proxy:v0.3.0 but it looks like that the proejct is abandoned.
So guys from https://github.com/TremoloSecurity/kube-oidc-proxy created a fork and took ownership.

which versions of the containerized software do you need?

v0.3.0

Add some justification for why this specific image and versions are important.

just take the latest one
