Update BL1s maturity in the UI

We still have the maturity for BL1 defined as 30 to 90 days in the header and pool describtion while the actual average maturity now is ~8months.
We need to change it to 6 to 12 months in the header and the copy in the pool description to …“pool with a rolling maturity of six to 12 months to provide frequent liquidity”.
