BR3 close epoch tx keep failing --> increase gas limit

Update: We’re not waiting for the transaction to end, as this all gets added to one big queue. Better approach to just fix the fact that BR3 closing is failing, rather than this. This would be achieved by increasing the gas limit on close epoch tx
