[Breadcrumb] Compact variant and docs enhancements

For composable page header updates, the Carbon for IBM Products team will need a few updates to the breadcrumb component to ship the new page header version. we are targeting and end of Q1 ship date.

The current page header component in c4ip utilizes a smaller version of core's default breadcrumb. Offering a compact version will allow c4ip to use the standard Carbon breadcrumb instead of a bespoke component. There are also a few design guideline updates that will be needed (see design task list)

Other considerations for future platform work:

• Icon usage within breadcrumb
• Content guidelines (using terms like home and dashboard consistently)

Design tasks:

• Update specs to include compact version
• Update documentation for compact variant usage and style
• Update usage documentation for overflow content to expand overflow content guidelines
• Update Figma to include new compact variant
• Update Figma to correct overflow … style (Bug)
