Manage Typography project implementation

This ticket is to document the work in managing the typography project for the expressive theme sunset.

Includes:

• working with Carbon team on strategy for type token rollout
• review of touchpoints, for example Sketch
• other tasks associated with guiding the project to completion

@shixiedesign @oliviaflory Just met with Carbon team about the implementation of the type token changes. @tw15egan is our dev! 🎉

To confirm, the approach is to add the new token names (while keeping the existing ones in place). This work will be done in Carbon's next sprint (sprint 16, starting August 9). The old names would be deprecated "in the future" at a time to be determined.

We have some tickets already for the work on our side but it would be good to get together to pick up the discussion about the changes needed and plan for any comms.
