[TooltipHover]: text in tooltip will overflow after reached certain length

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to see changed?
The text should not overflow, after text input reaches certain length it should go to a second line.

Thanks for posting @ziheng and apologies for the delay - I will try to replicate this issue and have this prioritised for our upcoming sprint.

@j1mie yup, thats why we switched to using the complex tooltip with the openOnHover flag
