When a module is actually declared properly using AMD syntax, the current checks will pick it up if it cleanly sees that; if that AMD module is preceded by some comments the wrapping will be automatically done and thus break the module.
If this is done and the whole thing is better presented, this could potentially be done on the fly via an endpoint for the serving of development scripts.
