Importing of models with composite environment fails if environments declared in the wrong order.

Expected behaviour

Importing of models with composite environments should contain no errors.

Actual behaviour

Import fails if a composite environment defined is defined in a model file before its non-composite environments.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

1. Create two non-composite environments, E1 and E2
2. Make default environment a composite environment by adding E1 and E2 to it.
3. Export the model.
4. Re-import it.
