Currently, when regression models produce the predictions_df, it is not always of the correct type.

It is cast to the correct type in:

  • RegressionModel.py:compute_goodness_of_fit
  • Prediction.py:set_dataframe

Replace these casts with asserts, and fix the problem upstream.
