Describe the issue you encountered:
The verified icon on the ledger table is linked to the site, which is not expected (users would expect to confirm the status of verification with the icon). This happens because the icon which is actually included in the anchor link is moved with position: absolute;.

Expected behavior:
verified icon on the ledger table should be outside of the anchor link to the site.
