Describe the issue you encountered:
Close all tabs causes crash

Expected behavior:
Should just close all other tabs and not crash

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Windows 10 x64

  • Brave Version:
    0.13.0 preview 2

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open several tabs
    2. Right click on any tab and click on close other tabs
    3. Brave crashes

I think this will be fixed with a fix @bridiver is doing with webview events not firing after being destroyed.
