Fanboy.co.nz has a regional list but looks like a pretty old one. This could be a starting point.

it doesn't look very full so think we need a better one, @srirambv do you see things in the list you think would help with sites people from India visit?

@bbondy Yes the list contains some of the most frequent sites so we can use this for now till we have a comprehensive list.
