[Feature Request] Add a settings option to present the "New Tab" button at alternative locations

In the vertical tabs, option, the new tab button is at the very bottom. If one looks at horizontal tabs, this button is usually after the last/rightmost tab. The lower left corner is kind of "hard to reach" from a UX perspective.

eg even if you look at traditional X-Windows, or Mac Windows or Win WIndows, there is usually no button or function at the lower left corner, hence it's a bit harder to reach.

If there is a user settings option to relocate this new tab button to the very top or at least to the location of the "last tab" it would be great. Please also consider changing the default to match to horizontal tab
