Feature Request: Privacy for Kids/clueless adult Setting

Description

I know this is not in your normal vein of projects, especially since it removes potential income from Brave, but their is a market that Brave would excel in because of how privacy centric it is.

So what I would like to see is a setting(s) that could be flipped on via a registry file/setting/value that would eliminate ALL Bitcoin/altcoin/reward related features, AND all references to it. (Basically an admin template

The idea is that a school or home could install the browser and it be setup to be easy for kids w/o all the extra stuff that can be either confusing or un-related to making a kid friendly browser.

Primarily the steps I have to do for this manually is:

• Hide all Cards (AND FUTURE CARDS, nothing more annoying then Brave company adding a new card to Brave and having it show up on the screen in the next update)
• Remove "Customize" on new tab button
• Remove "Edit Preferences" on new tab button
• Hide Brave Rewards Button & Menu Item.
• Hide Crypto Wallets menu item
• Disable Sponsored Images

Please note, I'm not asking for them to be removed from the default install; just a setting that can be set that does all this so that the browser is simplified and eliminates anything that can confuse novice people and/or kids after a install.
