Originally opened as adobe/brackets#5714

When ever you try to quit brackets using the alt + f4 command or pressing X at the top right corner it requires two clicks.
It does not happen when I use file -> Quit
I am using Kubuntu 12.04

Reopening due to dataloss (high priority)

Start Brackets
Open the starter project
Make a change
Click the close button to quit Brackets
Prompt to save (click yes), ==> changes are saved but brackets doesn't quit
Make some more changes
Click the close button to quit brackets ==> Not prompted to save unsaved changes and brackets shutsdown

Clarifying title to catch dupes better (was: "Quitting requires double quit")

Actually, looks like this is a duplicate of an even earlier bug, #4611. Since it also has more details on how to fix it, I'll close this version.
