If I follow the steps in https://github.com/adobe/brackets/wiki/Brackets-Server-Smoke-Tests, after step 10, the live preview page opens in a new window instead of in a new tab. (I'm not sure if this happens every single time, but I noticed it a couple of times before I specifically tried to repro it.)
