get_historical not pulling values from blooomberg

When I try to pull the fields I am interested in from Bloomberg, the data does not return. However, when I get_reference_data, the values do populate.

There is historical data for the fields I am interested in which is why I am confused. I just get NaN all over my table. One of the fields I am trying to pull is revenue for the constituents of an index.

Anyone else have this problem and can help?

Also, is there a way to get reference data for monthly intervals over the last 5 years or so?
