vim/curl/CVSNT versions #39

Hello there,

first, thanks for maintaining this. Very useful.

However, Secunia PSI complains about three of the executables shipping with 0.5:

vim 6.3.163.0 ("end of life")
cURL 7.23.1.0 ("insecure")
CVSNT 2.0.41.0 ("insecure")

At least cURL should be trivial to update. Thanks for looking into it!
