User input on Android occasionally is extremely janky

Describe the bug
Apologies for the bad title but this one is difficult to describe and difficult to repro. Occasionally, for reasons I am not always sure (often when the app is running a little slower so presumably heavier memory usage but that's a baseless assumption), the cursor gets super jittery. In the video below, aside from my occasional genuine typos, watch closely and you'll see the cursor jitter a bit occasionally which messes up input. I've had much worse instances than this. Speed of typing seems to play a role as if the app is getting overwhelmed by the inputs, but even when I'm typing slowly, notice that "RATING" has the "A" flicker back to an "S" when I correct it before going back to an "A". Some of the letters flicker and the cursor moves around (which also breaks my keyboard's word detection, very annoying) in a way that causes letters to jumble occasionally. This behavior does not happen in any other app, and based on conversations with other users, is not unique to me. I'm unsure if this is Android exclusive.
