Thanks for using Bitnami. Can you provide us with more details about your issue? Are you using a VM or a cloud image? Did you perform any customization to the original installation (plugins, filesystem permissions, etc)? Also, and according to the information and the screenshot you shared, the PostgreSQL database is up and running, but Odoo can't connect to it with the bn_odoo user. Can you check if you can connect from the CLI using the credentials configured in Odoo settings?
Can you run the bndiagnostic tool and share the generated code with us?
