Fee Reduce Purchase Terms of Service

1. SERVICE 
Memo Technology, Inc., the Seller, makes no guarantees to the Buyer. Use of the Seller's services are provided as is. The application may become unavailable at any time for any reason.

2. REFUND 
The Seller has the right to terminate service at any time without notice or refund. In the event the Buyer requests a refund, the Seller has sole discretion on whether to fulfill the request. The Seller has the right to deny a refund for any reasons or without a reason.

3. SECURITY 
The Seller does not take responsibility for any compromised or lost accounts for any reason.
