DAO Design

As the launch of the DAO is closing in I'm also adding a request for work done on DAO design, security and other work that is now reflected in the code. Most of this work has been in direct discussions and planning with @ManfredKarrer over the last 18 months, some in code that was rejected but later improved on and some in documentation.
