Implement small dashboard to show what's running

Mostly a fun little challenge.

The dashboard should show what is running (can integrate with Docker Compose?) and maybe some interesting metrics like current block height, catchup status etc.

If running outside the deployment (probably shouldn't), then it could also be used to manage the setup (start, stop, configure). Or maybe that would be a separate dashboard...
