NTR for conductivity units

Hi UO team!

I'm working with GENEPIO and DataHarmonizer to create some new templates for wastewater surveillance and have a few terms that I would like to request in UO.

Here is the ROBOT table with the requested fields if that is useful. Let me know if you don't think these terms should go here/anything doesn't make sense.
