i am doing the encryption for the email field is working is encrypted but for e.g if a user has this
test@example.com and i add another user with the same email it will insert in the database and will ignore the validation

Well Sir, the requirement is that, client data needs to be encrypted(not just email but other fields as well). What could be the possible solution to find encrypted duplicate data in case of an email? because everytime it will produce the unique key even if the email is same. Please help me out. Thanks.

You can add additionally unique column email_hash where save email hash value like this hash($algo, $email . $salt). The $salt is the same for all table records or entire application.
After that you can search email by this hash and control unique validation.
