Why is the C4 game I trained using the example worse than the one in the document?

The C4 game effect trained using the example is worse than that in the document. Is it because my training parameters are incorrect or the number of times is not enough? I use the config-example-c4.jsonc configuration for training. In addition, can the training configuration of ttt also be released? I want to reproduce the effect in readme.md. Thank you very much.
