The wish to sort issue/organisation lists has come up a few times.
Previous designs showed 2 sort options.

distance
- distance from center of map?
- or distance from users position? (which we might not have)
newest
- this is currently the default as returned from the server
- which timestamp should we use for comparision? need creation date or latest comment would be possible candidates

I'm not sure it really makes a lot of sense, but it would be easily doable.
Please comment if you have any feelings on this matter.
