Exhausted node connections

Describe the bug

If you fail to connect to all nodes then your wallet may need to be closed and relaunched to try to connect again, as they'll have been removed from a temp node ban list.

To Reproduce

Switch between accounts and disconnect your internet, try to then refresh your balance on the home page a few times.

You'll eventually run into notifications which state you have an empty list of nodes and cannot connect.

Closing then relaunching the app will reset attempts to 0.

Expected behavior

The wallet doesn't run out of nodes, effectively soft-locking blockchain network connectivity.

Additional context

Steps to resolve:

• Removing the node blocking functionality
• Introducing a nodes page - allowing the user to specify which node to always use
