BRD - Potentially make the affiliations fetch call faster

I did some reading on Nuxt data fetching (link) and it appears some network calls are made in the server and/or the client. I think I saw evidence of a call made in the server only -- see my last comment in this ticket: https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/entities---olga-65af15f59e89f5043c2911f7/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/25048

The idea is, if we can potentially leverage that, we can maybe make the affiliations call faster as that call is slow for accounts with many businesses.
