Assumption:

  • Allowable actions work is already done, so it's allowed to file NoW for Temporary Businesses

Currently /api/v2/businesses/:identifier/filings does not support NoW filing for a temporary business.

TODOs

  • Update validation & basic checks to support NoW for Temporary Businesses, previous NoW validation ticket Legal API - Validation (Notice of Withdrawal) #23349
  • Update validation error code for 'The filing to be withdrawn cannot be found.' from 400 to 404
  • Update/Verify both temporary business and existing business can file NoW using this endpoint
  • Verify temporary businesses can only file new business filings and NoW
  • Add/Update unit tests if needed
