Filer - Update change of registration filing processor to work with alternate name changes - Part2

This ticket was created to handle the issue found in #20328

When I tested change of registration filing processor using the filing submitted by UI for FM0555069(GP), where filing id is 555576 for reference, it throws PendingRollbackError.

"This Session's transaction has been rolled back due to a previous exception during flush. 
To begin a new transaction with this Session, first issue Session.rollback(). Original exception was: "

After diving into it a bit, the issue is probably on accessing entity_delivery_address/entity_mailing_address The error message I got is shown as follows.

Need to test other firm scenarios as well to see if there're similar issues.
