NR changes type Errors

Issue Description

cant change nr type from name-examination portal

NameX issue – staff obtain the following info from client:

• NR #
• Issue with screen shot’s if possible
• Client Contact info, for call back when issue resolved, if different from NR contact info.
• Make comment in NR what issue is and that it has been reported.
• When INC# has been assigned, add to NR comments

The names team creates a NR request for the business team, and the type is supposed to be Society – Restore, somehow it either changes to BC Companies – Incorporation OR Melissa gets an error on her side.

Therefore, they are unable to complete S0006886's restoration.

I tested it with different business and NR types. The error did was not observed.

A bug was noticed and a ticket (#19125) has been created to have it investigated and resolved.
